Save America’s Native Equine‘s WE THE PEOPLE MOVEMENT has been created

 by individuals for individuals to give us the way to speak in unison.

 It’s fully funded and free to join.

The S.A.N.E. Campaign has a model that has ‘proof of concept’. People need to duplicate this approach if they are going to find success in today's equine and wildlife efforts. Wild Horse Annie, Velma Bronn Johnston, proved her public awareness and news campaign concept worked. She is credited with the passage of the Wild Horse Annie Act along with The Wild Free-Roaming Horses and Burros Act of 1971. The work done here is based on her work. Public awareness, media awareness and direct contact to lawmakers in large numbers are necessary. Let’s grow this movement.

The words of former Missouri State Senator, Jeff Smith, can hold true for us, “Small passionate groups who can produce unified constituent activity may thus be better positioned than large corporate actors and lobbyists. During my tenure in the Missouri state senate, three such groups stood out.

None spent money on politics. All fought powerful interests.”

“Each succeeded by producing hundreds of personal contacts to each legislator.” 

Think on those words, Each succeeded.

The SANE campaign builds on dedicated groups of people contacting lawmakers in unison and in numbers that can affect change. Wild Horse Annie proved it at a time when there was no social media to help her spread the word. Together, we can do this.
